New DMD2 brand identity

Your subscription or contracts will continue unchanged, communication will be via DMD2.

The apps will appear in the new look after an update, with the previous functionality.

DMD2 Music

With the Professional and Premium Plus subscriptions you will still have access to all channels, including the new ones.

From time to time, we receive error messages from “Sonos” companies that display the error “Unable to browse music files”.
In most cases, these companies are still using an old Sonos controller version (S1).

Although our channels and the authentication method are error-free, Sonos itself no longer supports certain services on the old controllers.

What can I do?
Use the current controller on a tablet/mobile phone. The controller on Mac/Windows usually does not support our service (anymore). There is now also a web-based controller at https://play.sonos.com, with which you can also use all our channels.
