The trade magazine Hotelier<\/em> reports on a decisive update in the field of professional music solutions for the hotel industry: DMD2 Music<\/strong> enables the license-compliant use of streaming playlists<\/strong> in hotels and restaurants for the first time. This allows hoteliers to import public playlists from Spotify or Deezer and use them in guest areas in a legally compliant manner – a game changer for hotels that previously relied on private streaming accounts. <\/p>\n

In addition to the curated genre channels that are still available – now under the name DMD2 Radio<\/strong> – individual channels and mood streams can be created for every area of the hotel: Lobby, spa, restaurant, rooftop bar or breakfast service. This strengthens the acoustic brand management<\/strong> approach, in which music is deliberately used to appeal to guests on an emotional level and to differentiate the hotel from the competition. <\/p>\n

A new web player with a better mobile layout also improves the user experience and enables flexible adjustments directly on site – quickly, intuitively and without technical hurdles.<\/p>\n
